Redefining beauty is what Suicide Girls is all about. It was established to celebrate alternative women of all shapes and sizes; that we are all beautiful and don't give a fuck about what society has in store for us.
The plus/BBW community showcases curvaceous ladies. These ladies (specifically SGH models) including myself, get naked to empower oneself and other ladies that we CAN model; that we CAN look fucking hot, sultry and beautiful; that we CAN break the standard mold for modeling. We take that daring leap, stripping down oh so classy-like, our rolls showcasing, our stretch marks visible, thighs touching, cellulite everywhere; we bare it all on a sliver platter, to SG members and the world. We create sets to show our creativity and curves. We are on the forefront of strong and empowered ladies.
So why aren't we being showcased more often in the site? This is the place to do so! We came here to be represented, to feel confident while nude; to be SOTD along side beautiful non plus/BBW models; to become an official SG model. We have amazing sets that showcase our curves in lovely ways. So much love on sets, yet practically none bought-no plus/BBW SOTD queen. Our sets, whether popular or not are not being showcased on social media. Why not? (yeah some sets may not be up to SG standards, I get that) Is it because SG is scared to loose followers on all platforms, because a Plus/BBW hopeful receives a mere shout-out on Twitter,IG, etc? SG needs more variety when it comes to body shapes for SOTD.
I absolutely love SG. The community is heart warming, and extremely supportive. The site is like a utopian world! I love the foundation, the core. It's been a long time dream (since the 7th grade) to become an SG. But it is really discouraging when my own community of Plus/BBW SGH's isn't well represented. I'm not outraged by all means. I'm not saying "screw you SG!!!" I am simply giving feedback; constructive criticism filled with the most upright respect and love.
I want to represent us plus/BBW SGH ladies and if by speaking out on a somewhat controversial topic is the way, then count me in!
We are ALL ladies.
We are ALL models.
We are strong, viable ladies.
We ARE beauty redefined. We are SG.
With so much love and respect,
