So then, 'tis done. Part one of the whole "change my life" plan is officially in action - I've applied for a job at the Halifax in Leeds city centre. Put simply, it pays a good 1,000 a year more than I get at the moment plus the offices have an en suite restaurant, gym, PS2 room and Internet room. Which'll make a nice change from sitting in the canteen bored out of my skull during lunch break. And, assuming the flat share goes through, my new place'll be two minutes' walk away. Fingers crossed...

Not much else to report - did some minor scale clothes shopping in Leeds yesterday, failed to win two CD's on Ebay , had a couple of sly beers last night and have generally been lazing around a lot. So not that bad a weekend really. This afternoon am helping saw up a tree in the garden which fell down last week during the storms - sounds like hard work...
