i appraised this guys place today.
he bought 40 acres and the buildings on them for 800k.
he sold off 24 acres for 800k.
now he has 16 acres of which he's giving 5 to his sister.
so he has for free; 11 acres, a house, a giant rv size garage, a massive horse barn with 6 stalls and room for more
and his sister will be 'next door' to babysit his newborn and watch his place and tend to the horses when he wants to take trips.
