does the "whole year inn" mean anything to you?
anyway, been brewing my own beer lately and went on the compressed learning schedule. It's my fourth successfull brew and I'm doing a decoction brewed lager. For the unititated this how the krauts do it; mashing (stewing at particular temperatures) malted barely by taking a few gallons out and boiling this portion. I just transfered the batch... it's now about 6 weeks old.... to the glass carboys in my chest freezer for the long term lagering. I've been drinking like a fish lately and could really use some homebrew to offset the cost of my habit
