On spring break, so get to sit around doing nothing. Maybe later in the week I'll get some lesson plans going and so forth, but to-day I'm going to do nothing. Except laundry. Spent the weekend in Nashville, where I would move if only they paid their teachers some decent wage, and saw The Shins on Friday and The Features on Saturday. Pretty good weekend, yes, but now my back hurts from sleeping on futon.
Also finished _Cloud Atlas_ and started on _Lost Christianities_. I'm thinking I'm going to try to alternate between fiction and nonfiction.

That sounds very interesting. It is fascinating to consider the role that man has played in shaping the form and contents of a book which is alleged to be the Word of God!! Even now, 20 centuries on, not all churches agree on the same canon (some orthodox churches exclude the Revelation of John, and several of the Epistles).

I've just been reading through your Top Ten lists. I still haven't got around to filling mine in (partly because I am so fickle that my Top Ten lists would probably change every week). I just thought I'd say that you have some good choices there. Sid Meier's games rock!!!
