I still don't like the layout, but I will adapt.
House is frustratingly close to being "done." Shit is up on the walls, shit is in place, and so forth. Fucked up my floor setting up the exercise room, which I'm not all that pleased about.
My best friend randomly dropped by for the weekend, which was fun. Good way to break in the guest bedroom.
In other news: I lost several of my notebooks. Not "lost", since I'm sure they're around somewhere. Kind of a pain in the ass - there was actually important stuff in them. Notes, stories, and so forth. I've been looking for them on and off all weekend. I'm sure they'll turn up, but I'd really like to try to dive a little further into Fatima and the Zebra or be able to . . . do anything, really. This is why paper is evil.
But, on the other had, there is Writely. Writely makes me unusually happy. I'd be happier if I could consistantly produce more than 900 words a day, but baby steps. Hopefully now that I've got my weights and treadmill set up, I can start getting into a routine. Almost exactly two months of idle time left.
PS: Not sure why I've resisted Death Cab and Jump, Little Children for so long. I am deeply shamed.

But, things have been good. Congratulations on the move! Goin to Bonaroo this year? I am toying with the idea. I doubt I can afford it though.
