FRESH START.
2006 has started today. From now on, I'm focussing on one aim for this year. Reclaim my physique I had when I was 17. That involves losing about 6 years of laziness.
I aim to get myself back to being able to do 20 press ups. Currently I can do 0 proper ones and about 10 from my knees.
I need to get my waist down to a 40 inch realistically. Ideally 36 or 38.
Weight is impossible to say. When I was 17 I weighed 20 and a half stone (circa 280 lbs) and that was when I was incrediblly fit andphysically active. Last year, I weighed 19 and a half stone and that was after years of being idle.
Tonight I did 45 minutes of various exercises. Good start. I feel pretty good all over and fairly sick which I imagine is because my blood sugar level has crashed. I just hope I can keep up with the scheme for a few months.
