I finally decided to start eating healthy. I joined a website where I can plan out all of these healthy meals, etc. This afternoon I went to the market and spent 150 bucks on spices, flour, brown sugar, fruit, etc. I am ready to go. I now have only 1 question:

As far as cooking goes, I've found Cooking Light to be a total godsend. Their recipes are really easy and super tasty - they never taste like "health food." Start with the Cooking 101 section and Quick & Healthy and you'll be amazed. I can definitely link ya to some of my favorite recipes on there if you're interested.
