My 10,000th comment went to the person that has always been there for me since we first met on this site. Though I waited two days to make sure, there was never any doubt who it would be.

The runners up got my 9,999th and 10,001th comments, both of which I've only started talking to recently but have piqued my interest for a while.

I work tomorrow, and I don't mind it at all. Technically I don't have to be there for long since I've been working crazy hours lately to get stuff done. But ungrateful as it may sound, it beats having to drive down to Miami to jump between the houses of everyone I know participating in the same small talk. I'd really rather not.

The week-long cold snap we refer to as "winter" here is over; it's back to being hot and muggy.

I have a list I keep in my head of things I like and dislike. Often times things will make the gradual shift from one to the other, other times I'll surprisingly find I like or dislike something all of a sudden. I thought I disliked Mountain Dew, but by mistake I drank some and I liked it. Likewise, I thought I liked 7UP, but after buying a case I've realized it tastes like ass.

I think my taste buds are going all wonky, since suddenly some things taste differently than they always have. I find this a bit disconcerting.

Someone I enjoy thinks that I am "cleverly witty". This makes me happy.

I had more to say but in my diligence to forego any posting recently I've forgotten it. Oh well.
