My landlord just called me into his apartment. He asked me to write, translate to Spanish, and record two radio spots for him for his Jewish-Israeli radio station. The background music couldn't be cheesier; he actually used a Ricky Martin song. Yes, that one.



The only reason I did it is because I figured having your landlord owe you a favor could come in handy one day. Also, I was promised free pizza if I ever went to Israel.
