So I am sure that you all must be a little unimpressed with my presence as of late.

For this I must apologise, for I have been working a great amount. Thus I have had absolutely no time to update. Fear not! For as of this current time, I shall now make an update!

Alright, now back to reality. Been working too damn much laltely. I haven't even spent much time with Kristen lately. First off, our head of the audio department is on tour and the shop manager was on vacation for a couple weeks, which meant I was covering their jobs, and mine, while trying to train the summer staff. To make matters that much more enjoyable, the owner of our company also bought the club next door. The club that I used to work at. So now I am back being involved there as sort of the resident audio tech as well as a production / account manager.

Now what could possibly make those four jobs even better? How about being the venue liaision (director) for all of the venues involved in this year's North by Northeast music festivals. Which is the largest Canadian music festval with over 350 bands playing at 38 venues across the city. Yah, the venue part... that was my job. To manage, liase and otherwise deal with all 38 venues. This is all on top of the other fun.

So I have barely slept or spent time with Kristen, which pretty much sucks. Never the less, all that is finally done. The shop manager has returned, the new staff is working well, my schedule is evened out with the nightclub, and the North by Northeast festival is over for this yearr, now. Oh, and one other thing, the NxNE festival is 350+ bands across 38 venues, in 3 days (Thurs 7, Fri 8, Sat 9).

I really needed this day off.
