This is a very interesting question cause I had never thought about it before, but the first thing that came to my mind was the gym.
I started training just to look better, I was really thin and that bothered me, but I realized that training made me feel better in other aspects of my life.
Training every day controls my anxiety, makes me happier, more active and less lazy, helps me to concentrate and have discipline and all this can be applied in our life, in our day to day.
It's like a dose of a daily remedy, but it's natural, so I totally recommend it!

Seems like training is a real common thing to lift our spirits and keep both our physical and mental health up. I Started to do workouts and cycling a few months ago because of mental issues and I have to confess that there are so much more benefits behind an active lifestyle than just health. I was and iam still an lazy ass sometimes but I can literally feel that i get more power with everyday. Also for some reason I started to cook more often again, something i did with great passion in the past but got lost within the daily routine. Iam just at the beginning and it's still hard work to keep it up but it became something I wont miss in my life anymore. Like you already said, it makes you feel better in so many aspects of life 😄

I guess I just try to relax, I am very high strong, or I used to be and would be now were I not to practice relaxation. I have very bad anxiety and ADHD, which makes the anxiety worse because I cant concentrate on things long enough to make a difference and then I dont enjoy like anything. I take the time to realize when it is getting bad and sort of perform a preemptive strike on anxiety and panic attacks.
