Why I love El Nino
Its hard not to be a little hopeful when the sun is shining. I sort of thought winters here would last forever and suck, but things are looking very California-esque outside my window. There are little buds and tiny flowers out. People are slowly starting to inhabit the front lawn.
If only my frolic-buddy was here with me so I could appreciate it. Wish El Nino would blow him over my way ...
I always act like I hate Valentine's day, and i do, cause Hallmark makes it stupid and cheesy, but the truth is, I love making valentines and sending letters so there. Maybe I will just send them on the 13th.
I cut my "Big List of things to Do" in half yesterday. But I still haven't cracked a textbook. I'm nervous, but I think its a little unfounded. I'm taking three intro classes and a poetry class ... I'll live. ♥
