well, they like to make nests - so tissues or index cards are nice for them to shred(pet stores sell a cotton nesting material, i think called nestlets..).. a nice dark place to put the babies would be good... and don't bump the cage or put it near a stereo, rodents are very sensitive to vibrations and they also hear at a much higher frequency then we do.. although, we have success with a small radio set on a music station at low volume in the room.. makes humans talking much less stressful. oh, and while the babies are still pinkies you should be able to see the milk in their bellies if she's feeding them.. that's all i can think of now.. good luck!
