this is going to sound really dumb, but I think I've been down today because I have to send in all the letters saying 'I won't be going to _____ college.' i feel guilty. can't I just go to all of them?

picking your destiny is kind of a weird place to be at, i remember that much.
i was torn at one stage between art school and doing something more mainstream, the old heart versus head conflict, and inevitably went with the heart regardless of all the 'if you got o art school you won't get a proper job' lectures... of course, now i'm a teacher- so it paid off
