It's cold and snowing.
it makes me miss old things like gypsy travel, sultry blues dancing and burlesque.
my old walking stick may need to come out of retirement. I need to go do these again.

I have this obsession with stores like Goodwill and St. Vincent's. I love the smell and kitch of the those kinds of places.

I feel you there, I have a pessemistic optimist view on life. Destruction leads to some form of creation. Sounds like you're finding that creation in writing. Keep it up.
