i shook joan baez's hand and still made it to the tail end of the burlesque show...crude pun not intended. it was great fun, and i met sg burlesque beauties Snow and Brandy and Shera and Tegan and Violet, and i got to see my wonderful photographer Siren again (for the first time since we shot my set), and after the show i chatted with Danika and made out with Thursday for a little while at the best place in eugene, the indigo district. and let me tell you, each one of these ladies is even more lovely in person. i was overwhelmed.
an interesting thing: people who meet me say i look nothing like my pictures on the site. hmm. i suppose that's good, so i won't be trampled by all my admirers, but does that mean i can't accept all the compliments people send me after seeing me on the site? maybe i should be voted the most dowdy suicide girl.
right now i'm writing a paper about edna st. vincent millay's sonnet sequence fatal interview. if anyone has any insight on this, please write to me as soon as possible. (the paper is due tomorrow.)
