So I went and saw Star Wars, Revenge of the Sith. I wasn't particularly fussed about seeing it immediately, but I was looking forward to seeing it. As it turned out friend Orlando booked tickets and said 'lets go!' So how could I refuse!?!
Nicely irie we get there just in time and the intro sequence was like being locked in a motion master for 10 minutes, fucking incredible. I'd watch that part over and over again anytime!
If you're not a fan of Star Wars and wanted to see any of them this one probably ties both the prequel and the sequel together perfectly and it has all the elements of an epic story, not unlike a greek tragedy. It certainly has some particulalrly dark moments, more so than any of the previous or following films.
What struck me was the attention to detail that has gone into every element of the film, from the casting to the continuity and everything in between. A classic of my generation considering the first film was released 28 years ago, in my birth-year.
I still want a light saber too...
