i'm doing a painting for this older lady that lives in the Pacific Heights district. She says it reminds her of her late husband.

She gives me tea for payment.

While enjoying my payment of tea with this lovely lady, we see a guy pulling a lawnmower on his bike.

Though we dont think he stole the lawnmower, we just thought he might not have a car.
