Do you enjoy dull, tedious movies whose intended audience is the only mystery? Then may I recommend Miss Willoughby and the Haunted Bookstore, which has a weak, cliché script suggestive of a YA audience who wouldn’t know better—but all the characters are old and the pacing and dialogue are antagonistic…so who is this for? Elderly immature masochists doing jigsaw puzzles who need something on in the background, perhaps. How niche—but never let it be said Hollywood doesn’t have something for everyone.
Note: we watched half then fast forwarded to see the reveal of the “mystery.” We regret doing even that much.
