So I just went out to grab some lunch. I hit this little sushi place down the street from my office. After I order, the woman who runs the place starts telling me how lovely my face is. Then she proceeds to ask me if I have a girlfriend. Then she proceeds to tell me that she has a daughter of "ripe" age. I have never before been so unsure of what my next words would be.

Beer beer beer. I just can't get enough of it. Tonight I'll be drinking some XX Bitter. Good stuff. I've also got a barleywine that I'm anxious to try out. Sprechter's makes a good brew, so we'll see how their recipe in barleywines stands up. Then I've got some Rodenbach Grand Cru in my fridge, but its not as potent as I remember it. The flavor didn't leave me reeling, this time it just left me enjoying a nice flavor. I was dissapointed, but I suppose not every beer can be a winner.

Am I ready to take on a girlfriend? That's what I've been asking myself as of late. The girl I had a date with the other evening, I keep thinking of her and about how much I enjoyed her company. It was really great, but she's the type of girl that I wouldn't fuck around with, I'd want her permanently stationed in my life, and I'm really not sure if I'm ready for a relationship that requires commitment. Man, I hate feeling like an adult, it leaves you making choices you'd rather not make.
