Holy crap its been a rough week. On Saturday, I helped my buddy Peter move his girlfriend into his apartment in Somerville. Wasn't too rough of a move, and afterwards we grilled out and drank some really fantastic beers. I had no idea the liquor store in Porter Square had such a nice selection of fine beers to take advantage of. While purchasing, when I went to pay for the booze, the guy behind the counter says, "Ah, you got the last bottle of the Boon." To which I respond, "You must be the guy who orders the beer here." I was quite correct, he started geeking out on me, and now I realize how I sound and act when I talk about beer. I liked him.
Sunday I couldn't have been lazier if I had tried. I was just worn out and tired, so I did nothing, nothing at all.
Then last night, I helped my buddy Jim move into his new place. The move was a lot easier than I thought it would be, thank god, but I was so worn out by the end of it all.
Tonight I have to do laundry, which I'm not looking forward to doing. I'm so tired, and I think I might be coming down with a cold or some ailment, partly because I've got a bit of a temperature right now. I've felt kind of off for the last several days, so perhaps its just getting worse now.
I recently gave my buddy Jim copies of several operas to listen to. He's mainly a hardcore kid, listening to bands that most people would consider "noise". So far, his favorite work is The Magic Flute. I told him I thought he might like that the best, and it turns out, he does! He just enjoyed the melodies that he didn't expect when he first listened to them. I can't wait to see what he gains from it. He says he's hoping to practice his drums playing along with some of the opera, which sounds odd to me, but its what he does, so who am I to understand it fully.
Can't wait for my little sister to get out here in a couple of weeks. Gonna take the girl all around town and have some good old fun. But first, my aunt and uncle are coming into town to stay with me and enjoy a bit of vacation. Should be a lot of fun, even though I'm not all that interested in lighthouses, which I'm certain my aunt will be dying to see.
I'm blabbing on about nowthing now.
bye.

What is your favorite opera?
Third Act of La Boheme? Fuck it. I always lose it.
