hope you're all doing well on this sunday.
here in toronto - the santa claus parade is going on.
i live around christie and bloor. so all the floats and all the marching bands warm up in christie pits park.
it's kinda neat to see all these people gathered down there.
anyways, here is my weekly update:
-> so peter and i are trying to plan our trip to sxsw. it's the annual music conference that happens in austin, texas. this week, our editors at SoundProof Magazine gave us the approval for getting media passes. woohoo! so once we get approved for that, it looks like we'll be Texas bound in March.
-> had my 3rd Weight Watchers meeting on Wednesday and it went well. REALLY WELL. i ended up loosing 7.5 pounds. which is insanity! overall now, i've lost 10 pounds and i'm really determined to keep the weight down. this friday i just joined the miles nadal jcc. it's an entire complex located at spadina and bloor. anyways, a couple of my friends do fitness there so i decided to join. i got one month free as well. so that's totally awesome. but, i'll talk more about the workout in a bit.
-> i just started a study at camh here in toronto. it's a study for overweight people. i'm not entirely certain what their trying to prove. but essentially, i get $100 when i'm done. woot. and i have to go in for two more sessions. the first session i just had to play computer games and get some blood taken for 1.5 hrs. nothing too wierd. i also asked them to sign me up for more studies. woot.
-> well, this friday was a fantabulous day. i celebrated my 3rd month at motum b2b. but not just that, i am now a permanent full-time employee there. holla! it's really exciting because now i get a raise and i'm also getting benefits. which is SOOO what i need. i'm just happy to be in a job that i love. <3

-> been working out ALOT lately. yesterday (saturday) i worked out for 1 hr 15 minutes. today i worked out for 1 hour and 30 minutes. i've been burning off a lot of calories. even this morning, i went to the gym for 9am and did a spin class. insanity. my mom just called me and was like, "ive never done a spin class before in my life!" hahaha. so let's see if i can keep this momentum going.!
-> woohoo. i got a free art piece from Team Macho and i'm going to pick it up in like 15 minutes. so stoked.
