OMG OMG OMG OMG! Its been two weeks and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
I wake up energized and happy. I feel Zen, I don't know... I'm a weight training nut bar...
But the yoga has me all in a girly crush like state, I love it, I do. I'll Marry hot Yoga. seriously.
And then there was halloween. epic Fun, Bryan and I went out with his younger brother to DOOMS night in Vancouver BC. Fun Fun!!!

I've never done hot yoga before - lots of regular yoga but the whole "I'm sweating so much it looks like I just peed myself" in front of a bunch of girls thing seems like a bad idea. Maybe I'll give it a go sometime though.
