I am sleepy and sad, but this seems funny so here goes.
here's the 5 Things Survey!!!!
5 Weird Habits:
1. I cannot stand to wake up or go to sleep at a time that is a number divisible by five.
2. I like to Blockbuster or onto Netflix and find and watch the absolute worst movie I can find. And I do this sober.
3. Random and erratic acts of preposterous silliness, including jumping into a frozen city fountain in winter, having sex in restaurants, howling at the moon, saying meaningless absurd things to people in a state of apparent urgency ... they never know how to react and I love it.
4. I like to smell really old books. One time, when I was in grad school, I got to see an actual Gutengburg Bible ... the first book ever printed. The first time I entered the University of Chicago library (well ... one of them ... there's so many), I nearly passed out they had so many books and so old and so rare.
5. at random times, for no reason, anyway, I am writing and performing plays in my head, imagining the scene, what it looks like, the actors, and giving them dialogue. I am not involved in the theater at all; it's just something I do. Sometimes, if I am getting really into it, I'll start saying lines outloud, and no one knows what I am talking about or who I am saying it too. Kind of freaks 'em out, but I mean no harm.
**** Most of my weirdness does not involve any habits. Things just come out naturally when I think/feel them, and usually if I am thinking and feeling it ... it's pretty fucking odd.
