On art:
"An explosion. Rage. A chronicle of things known and unknown. Happy accidents and temper tantrums. One hot kiss. The recording of days gone and future prophesied. Of love and longing and giving something to the world so people may learn to unlock doors and think for themselves. When the day disappears what stays is a physical object that means more than all of me. Put it on the wall, match it to your carpets and drapes do with it what you will, for it can expand a room as well as a mind. A piece can teach as well as titilate. A byproduct of the same urge that leads to drugs, religion, and procreation. It is the thirst for immortality, for after all is said and done and my corpse has burned to dust perhaps what I have left behind can be shared amongst the world and influence a young mind, or a dying soul, convincing it to live one more day, affecting change. Passion. Whether abstract, paint, film, realistic, surrealistic, performance or the byproduct of wit and folly, all forms have a place. Like people, it is many things, a representation of all that makes us who we are. Our fear of dying, our need to live and progress, our hunger for the eternal more. A note in a bottle that floats on the sea of mediocrity. When I paint I am getting closer to the one part of life that I can digest for I see it change in front of me. Control. Ego. Beauty. Ugliness. I am not afraid of these things. I personify them...and if my work is true...so it does also."
