i went shopping today
and the obesity of my fellow americans scared me
truely did
i haven't noticed it much lately
i noticed it so much when i moved back to the states in the 90s
i was sad and disgusted by the layers of unnecessary body hanging off of some of these people
do they notice it
do they care
do i ever use punctuation
and these people were at SAMs
buying massive amounts of things they didn't need
junk food, processed foods, sodas
it made me sad
i wanted to ask them if they felt ok with it
is it bad for me to judge them
it just seemed unhealthy
sorry

I noticed the same thing when I went to Walmart with my mom right before I came back to Amsterdam. I hate that store, but when you need to get numerous things and don't want to make more than one stop, it works. Except that I couldn't find anything I needed and it took like an hour to check out because all the checkers were truly inbred and the store was full of breeders with 10 children each. I could not believe how frightening it was. The lighting is heinous and every food item seems to be horrifyingly filled with massive sugar, salt, and enough preservative to mummify. Ughh!
