Hmmm, I have the feeling this year is going to a be a quiet year for me, socially. Just call it a hunch.
Life has thrown me a curve ball again. It keeps hitting me in the face though and I'm kinda stunned, like when you get hit in the nose really hard. Meh, whatever.
Like I said before, I feel like I am making good choices, well in most areas, and I'm happy about that. It has alot to do with being true to myself.
When I really think about what I have to do in the upcoming year I'm filled with a sense of excitement & wonder. I know whole-heartedly that life WILL be totally different after the year has concluded, and that's just with the things I know are going to happen. If I had to title this year it would be called: The Do or Die Year. It's not as grim as it sounds
On a lighter note, having trouble fitting my braided lines to my bike, they just don't seem long enough, grrr, annoying. My bro said he'd come have a look and give me a hand with it. I rang the company that sold it to me and they said they should fit. I told em the problems I'm having with it and they said check the lengths that it they're s'posed to be(they gave me their measurements) and get back to them.
Funny enough I'm kinda looking forward to going back to work, just not the prospect of the heat factor. Winter will be good,... hopefully, lol. I do live in Melbourne afterall and nothing is set in stone when it comes to Melbourne weather. Then there is the prospect of the Company not lasting so it will be interesting to see how these first couple of months pan out.
I hate planning things! I like to do everything on the spur of the moment but some things are definitely better off to plan ahead. Now with this knowledge you'd think that reasoning and logic would win out but noooooo. I'm going to have to see if I can get 2 weeks off in March before I book anything. Yep, still trying to get to Canada, lol. I may be pushing it with the Company but when has that ever stopped me.
Anyway, this has been my random thoughts on Thursday, January the tenth, two thousand and eight, at one forty five pm.
More shinnanigans to follow
Stay tuned
P.S. I'm still peeling, lol
