Ok, on the 25th, two saturdays ago I attended Dave & Kirsty's, two very close friends, parties. It was the mad! We started out at the Belgium Beer Garden for Dave's birthday drinking imported beers at normal prices then Slink, Deeks, & I decided for $8 a glass Bookers was a must. This drink is the bomb I tells ya but then again I'm partial to high alcohol content in my drinks. As the saying goes "go hard or go home".
It all started at 2pm, by 6pm we were all a bit messy irrelevant of what people were drinking. Chops showed up and joined the bookers clan. 7pm some headed off to another club/pub - Robarta's - for Kirsty's birthday, Chops & I told em we'd meet em there soon. We continued on the bookers vibe and we remarked how much the Belgium Beer Garden reminded us of Denmark - good food, great alcohol, and gorgeous women - it could have been the drink talking but it did get us a bit nostalgic. I truely love Denmark. More specifically Roskilde Festival.
Anyway, we were having way too much fun to leave but reluctantly left for the other party around 10pm. When we arrived out the front we found Kirsty, the birthday girl, trashed out front with her husband looking after her. We couldn't get in without paying and Kirst wasn't going back in so, with Kirst heading to her car to crash, we proceeded to the Espy(Esplanade Hotel) where we settled in with a few drinks and messiness for all of half an hour. The drinks were dismal compared to the Belgium and we were informed to rock around to Chris & Megs as everyone else were heading there. Chops & I just looked at each other, nodded, finished our drinks and were off again. Bought some Johnny Walker, arrived at Chris & Meg's where the festivities were in full swing and then some. To say we were all trashbags was somewhat of an understatement. At some point I ended up outside chatting away with Al(Kirsty's hubby), keeping him company as Kirst was semi-passed out in the back seat. I don't quite remember what we chatted about but Kirst told me a couple of days later that we were very naughty though hilarious, and in the words of Kirst,"You gota love trashbag Tez when you can get him".
I was out there so long with Al that I get a phone call from Chops asking if I'm ready to go, I was like 'WTF!!' So then we end up at Chops' drinking red wine & rum, and damn messy as. At which point I decide to head to the service station to get some essential munchies & coke. While in the servo I started talking to myself, loudly. I can't remeber what I was saying but the attendant had a big smile on his face and gave me a free bag of jellybeans. Woohoo! Found a jacket on the way back to Chops' while saying random somethings to the people I passed. Keep in mind this was about 7 in the morning. Chops just laughed his ass off at me when I got back.
What a weekend.
I decided to have a quiet one last Saturday & am glad I did cos of all the stuff I've had to do this week. I don't know how this weekend is going to be as Friday I have another birthday to attend. Oh well, I'm glad I'm a happy drunk
Ok, these are just a few random mobs pics....
