I'm still alive, barely
Ive been ill, very ill
and now though I'm getting better I'm also getting worse. Ive been having really bad panic attacks, the worst the other night when i couldn't breathe, my throat closed and it felt as though someone were choking me, it was so scary.
i started taking my anti depressants again to see if that helps while i wait till i can get into the doctor. i really just need to find another job, one that doesn't make me want to slit my wrists.
on the plus side we got a new computer, it is beautiful, now if only we weren't a grand in debt because of it.... oh well
i can play sims2 now that's what matters, right?
the boy paid for it really, and he needs it too, because we just found out that the laptop that he has been leasing for two years will not be his when he graduates, poo. oh well, so we needed to upgrade to something that could run all his fancy programs. a feat that was way beyond my hand me down Compaq.
vacation next week, 420 spent at the cabin with a half oz. and a gas mask, sigh. and then no more smoking till i get a new job....

Just because I'm concerned - make sure to ask your doc before taking anti-depressants for panic attacks, or ask for another opinion. Anti-depressants hype you up and that can be real bad for panic, paradoxically!
Hope you are feeling better today, though I know it must be hard since it's the weekend. There's nothing worth than feeling panicky and then having some stupid shit like Easter where it's guaranteed that no one will be open. Just remember that if you feel really awful you can always go to the ER.
