Been feeling kinda sluggish lately, always tired and can't be arsed doing much at all. So decided to get a 5 day detox plan today and give myself an energy boost.
Will start on Monday, all healthy eating, drinking, lots of excerise and no chocolate, which will be by far the toughest part of it ( I love choc more than sex....hmm well perhaps just as much as )
Looking forward to the weekend's footie, would like to see Scotland do well but i'll be smiling regardless cos Fabio Cannavaro is playing

The fear was a childhood one that passed, was just scary to live out in the woods and hear noises at night after seeing something that had scared me so.

Detox is fine, but energy begets energy....strange I know. Doing something energetic will make you feel better and motivate you. I not lying (not this time anyway)
