(I'm going to clarify that last entry a bit)
One of the many family traditions I cannot escape is the giving of Christmas cards. More than anything, it's a way to stay in touch with relatives and keep them posted of my new whereabouts. (My mother has three pages of her address book dedicated to me).
Some of my friends like to send/receive cards as well, so here is my annual declaration.
1) If you would like a Christmas card, please email me with your full name and address.
2) They will not be religious, so don't worry about Jesus staring at you once you open the envelope. I usually get something like "Far Side".
3) If you are Jewish or any other religion that doesn't celebrate Christmas but sort of gets lumped in this time of year, I will accommodate you, even if it means a handmade card.
4) You do not have to send one in return.
5) The deadline is December 10th.
In other news, I rearranged the furniture in my bedroom and put new curtains up. I cannot wait to paint. Once that's finished, my bedroom will be complete. Oh, and I need a new bed. Other than that, it's almost there.
