i am beyond pissed off.
the parking situation at this house is fucking retarded stacked parking.
but its never a problem with anyone except the guy who lives downstairs.
he blocks people in all the time and then doesn't answer his door. or goes to sleep.
i mean i knocked at 10pm and he didn't answer, 10 pm is not unreasonable.
if you are going to block someone in and leave or become unavailbe you should at least ask if they are going to be leaving.
i mean FUCK i have to leave at 530 in the morning and now i can't.
i called the landlord twice and left message and he didn't answer. its a holiday what if i had to go see my family. which i dont. what if there was an emergency, which there isn't.
this happens all the fucking time and it isn't a problem with anyone but him. i want to get his car towed. he is parked over the sidewalk anyway.
