Well today has been eventful and it's only 2pm! 
So i get up at 7:30am to get ready to go to uni to go and hand in some work. I meet up with my friends and we all hand our work in. Then we trundle off to the computer room to go check our MChem group project allocations...weeks 1-5 we are separated but split in half so at least we have one ok person in each group (although i got the careless fucker who just rushes things...but i'll set him straight! My other friend is in a group with his girlfriend..which you might think is a good thing..but it this case it isn't as he practically does all his gf's work (she's lovely but just not too keen on the work) so he will have 2 people's work to do!)
Anyway weeks 6-10 all 4 of us are in the same group so that should be good! Lots of work for us though!
Oh well these groups should make projects bearable! So that was a day plus point!
Then we go to the shop and i buy a writing pad and a sandwich and some fruit fanta (which i am in love with! damn it tho because it has such a high amount of sugar in it!)
Then we proceed to the cash point to see if our student loans have come in! (My e-banking hasn't been working) So i put my card in the machine enter my pin correctly and ask to check my balance...so the machine eats my card and says to contact my branch!
Just fucking great! I am penniless as it is and my account got overdrawn over xmas and there isn't much i could do about that! I don't any support from my parents (not that i would even want it) and i can't get a job as on my course i'm practically at uni full time and i get tonnes of work and i want to pass this degree with a good mark...even if i had free time my phobia/anxiety stops me from working! Anyway i remember a letter i got in the post saying i had 30 days to pay some money into my account as none was being paid in a regular basis (i get a portion of my student loan every 3 months....in fact every bloody student does so banks know about this) Yet a few days after the letter they obviously decided to take my card! I mean for fucks sake it's a fucking student account...not many students have jobs here and i have gotten a loan payment on time every few months for the past fucking 3 years! YET they fucking decide there's not enough traffic on my account! Then they take my card without even the 30 day period they said i had!
I got over my initial anger and then i just thought...oh crap! My student loan comes in today and if the bank decided they were gonna close my account and make me pay off my overdraft then all my loan was gone and i would be penniless and in REAL trouble! (i know i can borrow money from Demosthenes but it makes me feel so worthless and useless) My housing is due and the landlord is a bastard and god knows what he would do without payment! I'd be screwed because all my direct debits would fail and they would demand payment and i'd be fucked! So needless to say i wasn't feeling too hot right now! My friends were lovely though (which made me cry!) ...with pledges of loaning me money and paying my housing until i could pay them back! They even wanted me to come inside so i could have a cup of tea to feel better! I talked to them for a while and calmed down and walked home so i could phone my bank!
So i get in and phone the bank and luckily my loan had gone in today and that seemed good enough for the bank! The woman was lovely (which made me cry again...why the hell does people being nice to me, in a time of distress/need, make me cry!) and i explained that bank account was all i had and i'd be stuffed if i didn't have access to my student loan...so she promised to make sure my new card was processed tomorrow and was there anything else i needed to sort out (which she asked about 6 times...poor woman having to deal with my blubbing) So they are going to post me out a new card!
Thank god! And thank god to Demosthenes for sneaking a load of cash under my pillow before he left yesterday incase i needed it! (how right he was) I don't know what i would do without him!
So i get home and realise i need a few things from up the road because i have nothing in the house at the moment! So i got to Boots to get some toothpaste and decide to redeem my bonus points on an eyebrow pencil and some hair dye to eliminate my 2 inches of light brown roots (oh the shame!)
Well the pencil was listed as 6.50 which i had enough points for and i really needed it anyway so i thought i would get it! Turns out it was ringing up as 3.00 so the cashier said cool you get money off....so i got my hair dye on the points too! on the side i bought some cool face wash that was half price!)
So...i have got fantastic eyebrows and dyed hair for free!
I also got a folder for upcoming notes and i got some food supplies (cheap food lol) like bread, noodles, plastic cheese slices! Should be a fun, cheap week of eating!
So i'm sitting here with my nice newly dyed hair after a nice hot shower! I feel a lot better! I'm gonna watch the rest of CSI season 4 and then straighten my hair because apparently we are going up the road to eat tonight! If you have read this epic then thank you! Hope all is well!
