I have been busy these last couple of weeks, so SG has kinda been on the back burner...I have the day off today, so I think I will spend the next hour or so playing catch up...Lets start with a contents section so I dont forget anything...
This turned out a little long...but I haven't updated since the 14th and the last couple of updates were kinda lacking anyway...So deal with it!...

1. As some of you know, I had a little altercation with an ex-roommate...the court date for that was on the 20th...I showed up and was told that "The DA's office is not going to press charges at this time"...Good news, this means I get my $1000 bail back....
...and on the 21st I had my court date in Merced county for the speeding ticket that I got the day I moved to Cali...104 in a 70 on I-5...I was at the end of a 36 hour trip with a total of about 6 hours of sleep and thought I was going about 80mph...oops!...anyway, there was another girl with the same offense that day...she got a $1100 ticket...I asked very nicely if the judge would cut me some slack because I have an otherwise clean record for 3-4 years...he did...He gave me a $1000 ticket instead...Thanks a lot....ASSHOOOLE!...I guess I broke even there...I get my $1000 back in San Benito county only to give it back to Merced county...
2. I finally guilt tripped my dad into helping me buy a truck without making my sell my Eclipse...I found an '04 Ford F-150 Lariat...normally a $37,000 truck after TT&L...With a $3,500 rebate and the fact that its an '04, I talked the dealer down to $28,600 out the door price...my dad got his Louisiana dealer friend to convince the Hollister dealership to make it an even $28k...SOLD!...I will put up pictures later...It's paid for, and in my name, but I have to pay my dad back half of it...and insurance...
...It sucks having payments again, but at least my parents finally helped me out with this one...Its a was a PITA when I had to buy the last 2 myself...
3. I played poker for the second time last night with some friends that have regular poker nights here in Hollister...I only lost $28...but still...I almost never loose when I am drinking...We played sober and I over-think everything...next time I'm getting shitty...the first time I played I was about 3/4 of the way through a bottle of Bacardi, and I cleaned everybody out...
...and somebody 86'd my cigarette's...I only smoke when I drink, but dammit that was almost a full pack...thats about a months worth for me!
4. Stuff to do Today...
-Wash & Wax the truck to keep it purdy...
-Fold clothes that have been sitting, clean, in a pile for week now...
-Get on the phone with my old bank and find out when they are going to report check #104 as stolen and gimme my $$ back...
-Find something to do this weekend...I am thinking of going to Santa Cruz and getting a couple more holes poked in my skin...and I have a couple of ideas for first ink, but I think I'm gonna hold out on those for a little bit...in case I change my mind...
5. I have a problem with a friend...its happened a couple of times before...I generally befriend people of the female persuation, but I think of my friends and GF's as 2 completely different things...sometimes these friends get a little frisky and become 'friends with benefits'...This is all good as long as both parties intentions are clear...The problem occurs when one of the friends decides that they wanna turn it into a serious relationship...I have been the guilty party in this situation once before, but in this case I am not...
...This friend was the one who initiated the 'benefits' part...we were both a little under the infuence one night after a small party at my house a few weeks ago...it was decided that she would crash in my room for the night because nobody was in any shape to drive...anyway, one thing led to another and you know the rest...We discussed the situation the next morning and agreed to just stay friends....
...now she is getting a little too clingy and I just dont know how to handle this situation this time...I wanna keep her as a friend...benefits of not...but I just dont see her as a potential GF....crap...

I just got back with Netflix again, and need to rebuild my queue...
What movie did you really like, that is not very commonly known, or that you could really relate to? Old or new...any genre...
