I know... I know... I hate preachy fucking blogs too. I'm just in that mood. I'm on hard foods. Fluoride, you are my next target.

and I get fluoride treatments on my teeth a lot :/ the enamel on my teeth have gotten much stronger, but this freaks me out a bit.
