well, I'm broken again. This time, I really did it. I crashed on my bike & broke my elbow - I had surgery on friday night. They replaced the head of my radius & the end of my humurous with titanium. I have a bionic elbow now.

What really, really sucks is I was supposed to go to Alaska to go skiing next week. So much for that trip. I think I have about 3 months of recovery.
