My power has been out for a couple days now due to a huge oak tree that fell on one of our major power lines. So, tonight I finally decided not to stay at home. Let's see... not only do I not have power, I also had a huge tree fall and hit the side of my house. It's not too bad, but it's a bit strange being able to actually see the sky from that part of my yard. I am pretty surprised it didn't come through my roof; it only nicked the side of my house. Well, now I sit wondering when I will be able to relax at my house again... who knows when the power will be back on! All I know is I have to work for the next two days and I need to be able to shower... so screw my house. What really sucks is, my days off this passed weekend didn't really give me time away from stress. I can't wait for Friday! I should have some pictures of some of the damage pretty soon. Though, to be honest, my batteries decided to die in my camera before I got some really good pictures.
Well... I must sleep now!
