My advice (you asked right?) is that you just make small talk with her when she goes in. Ask her about what she's into, talk about current events, tell a joke, whatever, be honest, talk about the weather if you have too. After a few visits, and conversations, you'll be able to say - "hey, I really enjoy talking to you whenever I come by, but it's always so rushed, want to grab a coffee/drink/shots of tequila?" then see what happens

Trying to establish a relationship with her in the normal setting will allow you to make the big ask without it being so obvious or you being so exposed.

And yes, you should say "I missed you and worried to moved onto another job" - everyone wants to be missed!
