Ginger Minx’s Night Out
1.5 oz Ginger Infused Vodka
1 oz Honey Syrup*
1/3 oz Cointreau
½ oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Crystallized Ginger for Garnish
Combine ingredients in shaker of ice and shake vigorously before straining into cocktail glass. Skewer crystallized ginger for garnish.
Ginger Infused Vodka
Bag of Crystallized Ginger (we used our favorite made by the Ginger People)
300mL of Vodka
Put vodka and ginger in a mason jar, seal and shake every couple days – at a week or so it will hit its peak flavor, after that there’s no real change.
*half water, half honey – mix before putting in shaker, the honey alone will solidify and won’t mix well if you don’t mix first.
