Big family day today
Lots of food of course. Big Southern family...big southern food.
My father and I were up at about 6am getting the turkeys ready to cook.
I know it looks a little strange, but we marinated the turkeys in hot sauce over night. These we deep fried. 
We also brined four turkey breast over night.
