I'm doing much better today.. I went to acupuncture and that helped tremendously. I really think my acupuncturist is God or at least I like to think so. haha. I get to see Damien Rice tomorrow. SO EXCITED! Finals are done with on Wednesday. Than it is time to celebrate!! Thanks everyone for leaving me messages... kiss

I feel like I am going to be sick. I just found out the horrible news! When is the violence going to end....now school shootings are extending to college campuses. People should be kicked in the face who believe that we could just think/eat/exercise it away. It's a legitimate medical condition. Yes, it manifests itself as emotional symptoms, but it is a brain disorder. Another brain disorder involving neurotransmitters (as bipolar also does) is fucking Parkinson's. No one is telling the Parkinson's patients to eat a better diet, not use medication.... and stop shaking already, you're faking it because it's in your brain!

Sorry, we're not faking this, and if you tell someone who is legitimately bipolar to try their life without meds, well you might lose them their life with your ignorant fucking advice.

Keep your new age hands off of our disorder.
