I've been down the past few days. Months of unemployment and a total absence of sex will do that.
Not like I'm one of those people who can never be alone, as I always have some artistic something to keep me busy, but I've spent probably 9 of the past 10 years single and I think I'm allowed to get a bit tired of it from time to time.
So, to distract myself, I made a bunch of presets in Lightroom. Here are a few:
Obviously that last one wouldn't be of use for sets here on SG, but it is, in my estimation, a good reproduction of a film-style bleach bypass + high pass sharpening.
I've also been working on my uncommon timings for an experimental metal-ish album. Keeping time in 5/4 is easy. 7/8 is harder. 13/16 is almost goddamn impossible unless you're just playing the same bar over and over. Also, it is tending to sound a lot like Meshuggah, which I suppose is to be expected.
Must now sleep. I have people that I ought to impress tomorrow.

The attachment works but the drawback is that you have to get super close for it to focus. This is not always ideal when photographing insects.
Let's meet up! Anytime this week after 6pm is fine!
