here is direct quote from a help request: "i find the authenticator a bit tricky to use and mine isnt working correctly"
( the same person in previous contacts repeatedly stated he knows his rights because he is a lawyer )
short version of what actually happened:
customer pushes button. reads code. fails to understand numbers. contacts support,
stating numbers are upside down. customer informed is that device needs to be
rotated 180 degrees. suddenly everything works. customer happy.
and yes stuff like that really does happen ...regularly =)
