I think I'm finally done cooking for the day/week.
Just finished making some chicken korma w/jasmine rice and sugar snap peas, brown rice pasta alfredo w/ mixed veggies, another avocado pie, and guacamole from the leftover avocado's. The ...only problem is I don't have chips. The dishes I made for lunch and dinner for the week.
I also did 3 laps around the park today with the dogs in tow. According to google maps, 3 laps is just under 2 miles. I plan on doing this in the mornings but around 6+ laps and work it upwards from there. Eventually, once my hiking shoes break in a little more and I'm used to the walk, I plan on loading up a backpack with some weights in it and add that to the routine. Work my system up to the point that I can go for a weekend with a daypack and hike for miles. Something I've really been wanting to do for a while now. Plus it'll help for when the zombie hordes come.
On that note, its laundry time!!!!!!
