It's FREEZING up in here!! Ok, so its cold for LA, but whatever. My feets are cold!!
Got up this morning and made turkey bacon and egg's, oatmeal and coffee for myself. Totally reminded me of the breakfasts of the past with my grandparents while camping. They'd always make that selection, and my grandfather would always percolate his coffee. Twas awesome and nummy!!
Today I plan on takin the boys to Griffith Observatory for some sciency good times and to see if I can get some nice clear pics of LA. Hopefully the smog hasnt rolled in too thick yet. It was beautiful coming in over the 73 yesterday. You could see clear out north to the snow-capped peaks dusted by the recent "storm". It was perty.
I went out and bought the PS3 version of The Force Unleashed. I gotta say, its a pretty cool game. Like God of War done Star Wars style. And the story is decent, if somewhat unbelievable. Who takes a lightsaber in the gullet and then sucked out into space and SURVIVES!?!?!?!? Yeah, that would you, the main character during a cutscene. Insane. But whatever. Its still fun.
So yeah, the cats here arent very happy. Their dad (roommate) is up in Canuckistan, and I had to go to San Diego for a couple days for the holiday. I get back and not even 15mins in the door and one of them decides she wants to pee on my clothes. THEN, not an hour later one of them poops in the bathtub!! WTF!!??! Prissy little bitches, I tell ya. There's 2 of them. They are both Sphinxes. One is a female, and she's the alpha. The male I can handle because he's totally kick back and only wants you occasionally. The female, Darla...... I hate. There's only been one other cat in my life that I've absolutely hated, and she's the 2nd. She's really fuckin annoying. Don't let her looks deceive. She's a bitch, and if you're new she'll pee on something of yours.
Anyways, enough ranting.
Time for more coffee and movie time with the kids.
Hope everyones Holidays were good. Reading some blogs, it seems they were like mine. Mediocre. I totally wished I could have been at m0ngrel's shindig. But alas...the kids do come first!
Ciao for now kiddies.
