I have become so domestic lately. So far I have baked 116 ginger cookies, 96 date/oatmeal cookies and 5 loaves of lemon bread. Before anybody sends me the info for Overeaters Annonamous let me say that 90% of the baking will be given away as gifts.

So, still sick. Went to the doctor and relinquished 8 viles of blood. I guess I find out what is wrong with me in about a week.

I am sick, have been since Monday. I called in sick but nobody could work for me, so I just finished an 8 hour shift. I have not been awake for 8 straight hours at a time this week. Damn I hate shift work. Somebody give me a teaching job already. Bah.

So, I did not get a paying teaching job but I seem to have no problem finding a free one. I am now a volunteer teacher's aide 3 days a week. This means that I work 3 days a week and 3 nights a week...and on some days they overlap.

The good part is I'll get great experience working with different teachers and different grades....

So the new guy at work is still around. I guess he had a legit reason for not being at work last week. We've been chatting, flirting and all that good stuff. So, if all goes well, I will be removing myself from the "Dating Sucks" group. Wish me luck.
