If anyone's ever gone through a detox, you know that you detox emotionally also.
>>I got a yoga video (Vinyasa Flow Yoga by Seane Corn).
I was apprehensive because the last yoga tape I tried(my friend's, I can't remember which one) sucked balls and I turned it off within five minutes. (My friend and I couldn't stop laughing about the instructor's huge camel toe lol)
BUT I found a winner with this one. Yay! Seane has such a calming spiritual presence, and I love that she puts the focus on the breath.
>>I was soooo angry yesterday until I did that tape. Then I felt grounded and peaceful and happy for the rest of the day. Now I did it this morning and I feel EVEN BETTER!! WOW this shit works! I don't feel too worked out but there are other things for that.
>>Got my ears stretched last night. It was fun! I missed the sting. I went and saw my old buddy piercer for the first time in like two years. He sent me to the beach to find jewelry and I got some 7/16 pink stone plugs from a really nice chick at Chronic. Then I went all the way back to east county and he couldn't get them in cause the flare was 1/2" so he ended up giving me some hollow black 1/2" for twenty bucks and stretching me from a 00 plug to a 1/2". So now I have huger holes than expected and an extra pair of plugs that are too small. But I'm happy as a clam despite the $40 wasted. Body mods are just too fun not to 'waste' your money on!
My piercer was high as a kite on meth. That was odd. I'd never known him to do that--he used to just be (or act like) a big stoner. He was the second person I've ever been around high on that shit who actually didn't give me bad vibes.
>>Next time I have a couple days off I'm getting that sexyass side lip stud piercing. I've never much wanted metal in my face til I saw that one and nutted myself. And I think it'll look cute on me so I'm going for it (even tho my boi will kill me--he hates metal in people's faces).
>>I can't wait til Christmas because I'm getting a tattoo for Christmas! My first in a few years. I can't decide if I want to do my half sleeve or the piece I want on my forearm. Can anyone draw 1)Beavis and Butthead 2)Jessica Rabbit or 3)Pablo from Disney's 'Cold Blooded Penguin'?
