so... i did cardio the other night for the first time in two months (couldn't because of my dislocated foot).. it felt SO good! i'm excited to get back into it!
which led me to think of other things i have not been consistent with that feel good...

but since my foot i haven't done much. i haven't done hardly any deep breathing or meditating either, usually my yoga time takes care of that, but i've been thinking, oh i'll do yoga later.. then i don't do it... no wonder i've been uptight, in body, mind and spirit..
oh yeah, back to things i haven't been doing lately.

no wonder it feels like a switch has been flipped lately.
how about some regular gratitude sessions, starting right now:

-sunshine
-air conditioning
-homemade chocolate chip cookies
-netflixing awesome chick flicks and musicals
-catching up on sleep
-a wonderful family to miss and visit
-a steady job
-happy, pretty houseplants
-getting ready to go back to school on my own terms
-my boo
-the dishes are done
-good advice from people who know me best
-i get to go to a family wedding this sunday! i love weddings!
As for birth control, in England we have something called Microgynon 30, its very good so if you can get ahold of it I'd recommend it! x
