This morning we encountered our first bugs in our new place (other than the odd little spider or fly that came in with the plants).
I about had a heart attack at 5:30 in the morning in the half-light, when THIS scurried out from under my bathroom sink!
EWWWWWW! I had no idea wtf it was! It ran under the fridge! We gave up looking for it after shaking the fridge and searching with a flashlight...
Then OMG another one! Or is it the same? Seemed to have run from the general area of the fridge over to the opposite wall and under the baseboard.
As if we weren't grossed out enough, the ambush continued! A third one came haulin ass out of the closet!! THAT one got the flushiewushie...By the way those things can SWIM!!
AND they have poisonous antennae that cause 'painful stings'...DEFINITELY don't wanna step on one stumbling to the bathroom in the middle of the night! (Gross anyway aside from the pain!!)
But at least they eat cockroaches. Cockroaches are the seed of the devil and are in my opinion the worst things about life on earth..
BUG BOMBs, anyone?

Are these the sorts of things you usually see in your neck of the woods? They seem kind of, I don't know, Floridian in their nastiness.
